England - a main field of operation for Django and Stephane - always a good source for excellent publications. This certainly applies to this book by Ted Cherrett which proves to be a rich source for the fans of the gypsy guitarist.

 

A contemporary and fan since the 1930’s he published a unique collection of newspaper articles, reports from music magazines, photos and eye witness accounts. This is printed on 124 double-sided A4 pages.

 

You cannot read this book just by the way, it absolutely fascinated me since I have had the good fortune to publish this book. All reports are written in English but this does not detract from the pleasure. I would like to thanks the author for allowing us to share his treasures, something that does not go without saying.

 

No Django fan who would like to know more about his idol can do without this book.
